THE GARLAND BLOUSE

The blouse of the year features jade green oversized camellias in a textured velvet dévoré with a sheer black background. In addition to the rich pattern, the top has a glamorous off-shoulder asymmetry on the right side with shirring. The Japanese crêpe palazzo pants are pleated to have such a wide sweep that they look like a skirt. The leg openings expand to over 30” when the pleats flutter.
