Returns & Exchanges

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of courier service confirmed delivery. To exchange an item for size or damage contact us immediately to order a replacement. This way we can place an order to secure the item you want.


You will be billed for the replacement item and it will ship free of charge.


Once we receive the returned item and it has successfully passed through our returns process, we will issue a credit to your original method of payment. Your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.


RETURNS

We hope you love your item(s), but if for some reason you need to return something you will need to submit a return request. Please note, returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee per return.


With the exception of damaged merchandise (see below), we accept returns up to 14 days from the date of courier service confirmed delivery.


Item(s) must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, washed, or altered. 


All returns must include a return authorization form to be processed.


Sale items are final sale.


Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of etcetera.com. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include 1) refusing to accept the return and returning back to you or 2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning, repair, replacements, etc.


To Begin A Return


  • Send an email to returns@etcetera.com - include Order Number, Shipping Address, Item(s) Being Returned and Return Reason.
  • Item(s) must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned.
  • Once we receive the returned item and it has successfully passed through our returns process, we will issue a credit to your original method of payment. Your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
  • Item(s) must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days of the date of courier service confirmed delivery.
  • If you receive damaged merchandise, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to replace the item or find an adequate solution.
  • Include the return authorization in the box and use the return label provided by our customer service department.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to process refunds on item(s) that do not meet these eligibility criteria.

This policy does not apply to purchases that were not made on Etcetera.com. If you placed your order directly with your stylist, please contact them directly to process your return.


REFUNDS
In most cases, credit will be issued to your original method of payment. Your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

In the event that your refund is an exception to our policies, you may be provided with store credit. 
Please note, store credit can only be used on etcetera.com.

 

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Contact us immediately after placing your order and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Our automated processes fill orders quickly, so the time window for changes or cancellations is very short.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Please inspect item(s) for damages upon receipt.

Items that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 

The company will determine, in its sole judgment and discretion, whether the damage is a result of normal wear and tear or not.

Damaged or faulty items will be replaced or repaired, where possible, subject to availability. If an item/items cannot be replaced or repaired, you are entitled to a full refund within six (6) months of purchase.
